CANCELLATION POLICY
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Late Cancellations Appointments canceled within less than 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service. No-Shows Failure to show up for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Deposits All deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you reschedule within the 24-hour window. Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and will be subject to a cancellation fee.
